What could you do this summer that would help you to thrive despite the stressful pandemic experiences we are living through? The answer is PLAY! Play sets apart those who are struggling and those who are doing well and thriving. Play significantly contributes to the quality of our emotional, psychological, physical, spiritual, and intellectual lives. If parents are worried about their child’s academic progress, they can be encouraged with the fact that true play creates and builds a brain that is better able to learn. Experts worldwide are advocating for a summer of play. We definitely all need more play!
