Due to the current public health restrictions, Brandon Seniors for Seniors can start hosting their favourite wellness and social events again. In the first week of September, they are bringing back Yoga and Exercise classes. Yoga and low-moderate exercising programs can be very beneficial to increase strength and energy while delaying or preventing illnesses. Yoga will be offered on Tuesday & possibly Friday afternoons, and the exercise classes will be offered on Tuesday & Thursday mornings.
