BagelSmith makes authentic Montreal-style bagels that are hand rolled, boiled in honey water, and baked to perfection. Although the company opened in the middle of the pandemic, BagelSmith kept on rolling bagels and rolling with the punches. Their bagels are now sold at over 25 vendors province-wide, including Sobeys Brandon, where you can find four of their bagel flavours: sesame, everything, poppy, and plain. Sobeys Brandon also carries BagelSmith jarred everything spice, which is great on just about everything!
