Judging others and being judged is a common phenomenon that can affect our mental and emotional health. However, judgments are not real; they are projections based on personal experiences and beliefs. By learning to let go of judgments, we can free ourselves from negative thoughts and emotions. Instead of resisting people’s judgments, we can receive them without any point of view, much like a rock in a stream.
