Marinated Grilled Chicken & Veggies Kabobs: Prepare delicious grilled chicken kabobs by marinating 1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a mixture of 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 1 tsp minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cut 1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, 2 small zucchinis, and 1 red onion into 1-inch pieces and add them to the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
