My journey to opening Keto Treats Bakery began when my son (age three at the time) began having seizures. After spending years researching what might help him, I learned that a high-fat, low-carb keto diet could play a key role in managing epilepsy. I also learned that such a diet could help me with my own inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. When life got busy, I found it difficult to keep up with the keto lifestyle and couldn’t find low-carb products readily available. Since then, I have made it my mission to provide customers with high-quality, low-carb baked goods!
