Bioresonance Therapy for Better Health
The famous opera singer, Ella Fitzgerald, could break a wine glass by singing a note in high C. A principle called resonance plays a central role in the breaking of the wine glass. However, in the health field, this principle is called bioresonance, because it is concerned with living organisms. Sending certain frequencies into a body can affect the health of that person. There are frequencies that destroy toxins and pathogens just like the frequencies that destroyed the wine glass. Other frequencies can be beneficial to cells, tissues, and organs. This is how bioresonance improves one’s health.

Vitamin K2 Has Big Benefits
Vitamin K2 is a little-known vitamin essential for strong, healthy bones, and cardiovascular health. K2 stimulates production of bone-building protein osteocalcin and inhibits bone breakdown, maintaining bone density and decreasing fractures. It supports cardiovascular health by helping to move calcium into bones and away from the arteries. In the Rotterdam Heart Study, people with the highest (vs. lowest) dietary vitamin K2 intake had a 57% lower risk of death from heart disease. Vitamin K2 is available in a vegetarian-friendly, one-a-day, non-GMO supplement providing MK-7 to support strong bones and a healthy heart. Caution – If you are taking blood thinners, consult a health care practitioner prior to using products containing vitamin K. (Refences listed on Wellnessnews.ca)
Book Club: Whose Mind Is It Anyway?
Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Life by Lisa Esile & Franco Esile. Most of us spend our lives trailing after our minds, allowing our brains to take us in directions that are safe and secure, controlled and conformed. Whose Mind Is It Anyway? will help you learn how to separate what you want from what your brain wants and how to do less when your mind is trying to trick you into doing more. In a colorful, funny, and nonthreatening way, it answers the difficult question of how we can take control of our self-defeating behaviors.
Community Event
October 17th – 7pm – 930pm. Understanding the Messages from Your Body – Insights to your imbalances. Did you know that when there is pain or tension in one’s body – there is likely tension or pain going on in one’s life. Your mind and body work together and when one is in harmony it usually reflected in another. When one is out of harmony in their life – that will be reflected in their body. For example, if one is not acknowledging the fear of something, their knees could be weak and cannot heal normally. If one is worried about finances, then one’s lower back could be tight or sore. As we create harmony in our lives, this creates harmony in our body. Inspire You Studio. 435 Rosser Ave. Robinchant.com
