When it comes to showing care and concern for others, every day should be Christmas! This year, let’s try to be pleasant to each other and spread goodwill all 365 days. Studies show that being kind can increase feelings of well-being for oneself; people who perform kind acts report feeling happier and the simple act of helping others can improve support networks, which can lead to higher self-esteem.
