Meet Jeff! Jeff graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology in 2014 and his Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Manitoba in 2017. Before returning to sports, make sure that explosive movements such as sprints, jumps, and cuts can be done without sharp pain. It is also a good idea to integrate a few dynamic stretches into your warm-up.
