The Disability Tax Credit (DTC) is a valuable tool in mitigating the impacts of inflation and rising costs of living for individuals with disabilities. By accessing this credit, individuals can receive financial relief that helps them manage their daily expenses. The DTC provides tax breaks for eligible individuals with disabilities, recognizing the additional costs associated with their condition. It offers a means to offset the financial burden imposed by inflation and increasing living expenses, such as medical costs, adaptive equipment, and specialized care. By claiming the DTC, individuals can access much-needed financial support, ensuring their ability to maintain a decent quality of life despite economic challenges.
Embracing Change
Many of us were raised to be strong and to do it on our own. However our world continues to change with increased knowledge and ever changing technology. This in turn makes change so much more challenging. Change can be overwhelming but today there are resources and support available. Having support is very empowering and expedites success. It increases your self-confidence, mindset, relationships, communication, work-life balance, health and longevity. Look for a coach, mentor, or advisor who will hold your visions, see your success and guide you to seeing the solutions within you, they will be your best cheerleader.

Al-Anon & Alateen: Where You Can Find Help
Al-Anon Family Groups are a diverse fellowship of people seeking help and support while living with another’s alcoholism. Groups consist of grandparents, parents, spouses, siblings, and friends who have been affected by the disease of alcoholism. At meetings we share our experience, strength, and hope. We listen and learn. We begin to heal whether the alcoholic is drinking or not. If you are wondering whether you belong in Al-Anon, why not join a meeting – in person or online. The meetings are free. Members will welcome you and encourage you to decide for yourself whether the program can help you with your circumstances.
Clean Eating Recipe
4 Ingredient Bagels: 1 cup spelt flour; 2 tsp baking powder; 3/4 tsp salt; 1 cup 0% Fat Greek yogurt; 1 egg, beaten. Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt. Add Greek yogurt and mix. Combine and form a dough ball. Lightly sprinkle a clean surface and knead your dough about 15 turns. Divide the dough ball into 4 equal parts and roll each ball out on a clean surface to form a rope about 3/4 inch thick. Join the ends together to form your bagel and repeat with the rest of the balls. Brush each bagel with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
