DIRECTIONS: Combine butter, sugar and apple in medium pot and cook over medium heat for one minute. Add apple juice, walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, and water. Bring to a simmer and add oats. Cook on low for 15 mins, stirring often. Remove from heat. Divide between four bowls and top each with heavy cream and maple syrup.
