Your Mental, Spiritual & Emotional Health!

With such busy schedules, most people often don’t take enough time for themselves. Negative energy can affect us without our awareness, but if you find yourself more irritable this could be the reason. Journaling 5 positive things that happen each day helps to shift the mind away from the negative. Starting your day with deep breathing/prayer/yoga can help relieve stress and focus the body and mind for the day. Take social media and electronics break – which have been shown to have a negative effect on mood, sleep, and self-esteem. Instead, head outside, go for a walk, enjoy nature by yourself or call a friend to join you for a long overdue visit!

Product Review: Utrition

Utrition allows you to take action on your nutritional needs, based on your own DNA. This simple and affordable, personalized nutritional formula is made for you using your own SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms), which are DNA sequence variations that are unique to you. These are then used to analyze and build a nutritional formulation exclusively for you, by your unique genetic code, built into your DNA. Utrition takes the guesswork out of which vitamins and supplements to take by using your DNA, which can reveal your body’s precise nutritional requirements. Those nutritional requirements are then used to create your own precise nutritional formula.

Wildfire Smoke Health Risks

Wildfire smoke, a blend of PM2.5 and gases like carbon monoxide, poses severe health risks in Western Canada. It obstructs oxygen intake, irritates the respiratory system, and triggers inflammation, manifesting in eye irritation, coughing, or headaches. While most symptoms are manageable, severe cases require medical attention, especially if experiencing breathlessness or chest pain. Smoke exposure heightens infection risks, including COVID-19 and ear infections in children. Minimizing exposure is crucial. HEPA air filters and sealed environments help indoors. While driving, maintain closed windows and recirculated air. During smoky periods, reduce exertion, exercise indoors, and stay hydrated. Prioritize health amidst wildfires. Disability Tax Credit Eligibility

The Disability Tax Credit (DTC) eligibility hinges on three primary impairment categories, each with its own criteria: Physical Impairments. Mental Illness and Psychological Impairments. Neurological Impairments. Simply having a certified medical condition within these categories doesn’t guarantee DTC eligibility. Qualification depends on impairment severity and its impact on “Activities of Daily Living.”
