Mind Strength Balance
I work with clients to explore their layered personalities, facilitating layers working together. We uncover the levels where health can be strengthened, ill-health can be overcome, and excellence pursued. This approach allows me to work with clients to address ill health, life exploration, and enhancement. I don't work to cure, I work to heal. To empower clients whether they're struggling with mental health, medical conditions, business development, or creativity.
I've worked extensively in physics, business, neuroscience, psychology, hypnotherapy, neurofeedback, and indigenous medicine. I provide psychological direction and support for physical and mental health conditions. As well as, performance enhancement for personal health, family, business, and spiritual goals.
A combination of hypnotic, psychological, emotional, and neurofeedback approaches with a general emphasis on mentoring you to toward strength. I don't so much care what you or others think is wrong with you, I'm looking for what you or others don't think about what's right with you: what you have and where it's taking you. I build on your strength. You must stand and take this forward.
I will work with people directly but encourage people to work with me remotely via a video connection. What I do is too important—and makes too much of a difference—to be limited to my own small geographical area, and it doesn't need to be.

Sleep More, 4 Classes on the Skills of Sleep: April 7, 14, 21, 28
