Checking all the boxes when it comes to heart health includes more than diet and a visit to the doctor. Did you know that certain areas of your life correlate with heart problems? Some examples include: violating the laws of love, feelings of compassion being blocked, feelings of resentment or hurt, not feeling approval from others, upsetting family problems, having difficulty forgiving others (including self), wanting release from responsibility, or in a relationship that hurts. If any of the latter resonate with you, perhaps it’s time to re-evaluate some of your life choices to contribute to your heart health.
