Few, if any, are thrilled with having become amputees and having to rely on a prosthesis to live their lives. Those who do well accept their situation and make a conscious decision to not let it get in the way of living life to the fullest. Not every day as an amputee will be a walk in the park. Often, you’ll need to exhibit an immense amount of patience and perseverance. However, if you focus on the positives versus dwelling on the negatives, with sincere effort and determination, you will live a fulfilling life as a prosthetic user.
