What is Self Love/Self Care? It’s a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions which support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. Self love will mean something different to just about everyone as we have different ways to take care of ourselves. It can vary from setting heathy boundaries, trusting and/or prioritizing yourself or not self judging. Self love can be intertwined with self care. This may include listening to your body, putting the phone down, moving your body or learning to become more mindful, kind, patient and gentle with yourself.
