By now, many of us have become really great at physical distancing, in our own space, trying to limit our contact with others. Some have appreciated the opportunities to disconnect, while others may have struggled with a lack of support. As we await physical proximity, many people may experience some feelings of anxiousness. This can be a very normal response, as our systems are overwhelmed with uncertainty, even though we want to see friends, family and loved ones. Allow yourself to acknowledge this has been hard. Try to be kind to yourself, and your take time. But most importantly make contact.
